REMEMBER: May 19th IS the Election for Tillamook County Commissioner
Why May 19 Is Election Day for Mary Faith Bell…
It is vital to remember that for the Tillamook County Commissioner Position 3 race, the May 19 Primary is not just a preliminary round. It is the election.
Because there are only two candidates in this race—Mary Faith and her opponent—the winner will be decided this May. The candidate who receives more than 50 percent of the vote in the Primary wins the seat outright, meaning there will be no second vote for this position in November.
Your Vote Matters Now
Primary elections often see lower voter turnout as people wait for the general election in the fall. However, we cannot afford to wait. The future of our county commission will be determined on May 19.
Please take the time to review the Voter Guide at TillamookHeadlightHerald.com and see Mary Faith’s inserts for yourself. Most importantly, make sure your ballot is returned or postmarked by May 19 to ensure your voice is heard.
Let’s keep Tillamook County moving forward with stable, collaborative, and proven leadership.
